T-shirt availability will not be guaranteed after this date. Any extra T-shirts will be sold at the show for $30 each. \nDonations from this show will be used to support our charity\, The Jarrod Dearden Memorial Fund. This charity was created in 2011 to honor the memory of Jarrod Dearden\, who lost his life in a plane crash in 2010. This fund benefits schools in Weber County by giving money for needed supplies and to help art\, athletic\, and music programs. It is designated to help students and student programs and cannot be used for any school improvements. \nFriday:\n7:00am – 10:00am – Photo Shoot at Richard W. Erickson Foundation\, 50 Starks Lane\, Wallsburg\, UT\nYou will receive two 8X10 photos of your car with a $25 donation which goes directly to our charity. Enlargements can be arranged at the photo shoot. \n8:30am – Pony Trail to Richard W. Erickson Foundation\nIf you would like to Pony Trail to Richard W. Erickson Foundation\, meet at 8:30am at the host hotel. \n9:00am – Breakfast at Richard W. Erickson Foundation\nPancakes\, sausage\, and juice \nThe museum entry fee will be waived for our event. We will have plenty of time to wander around and see this amazing collection including cars\, motorcycles\, tractors\, and pioneer era buildings. \n4:00pm – 6:00pm – Registration Packet Pick-up at Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel \n7:00pm – Evening Social at Heber City Park\nBring your chairs and a picnic and join us for a fun\, casual evening of socializing and games. There are several nearby restaurants that offer takeout; Lee’s Marketplace and Smith’s are also nearby and each have a deli and a bakery. \n  \nSaturday:\n8:00am-10:00am – Registration Packet Pick-up and Day of Show Registration at Heber City Park\nCars will be parked as they arrive beginning at 8:00am. Please do not start lining up prior to 7:00am. Parking with friends is allowed\, but you must arrive at the same time. No cars will be allowed to park on the show field after 10:00am. \n10:00am-4:00pm – Mustang and Ford Car Show\nJudging begins at 10:00am and is based on MCA rules – hoods open\, trunks closed. All cars must have a fire extinguisher. Prior Best of Show winners\, if won in the last five years\, are not eligible for Best of Show awards\, but are eligible for Class Awards. \nGreat Music provided by Krank-It-Up Productions!\nAwards! Raffle prizes!\nFree to spectators! \n7:00pm – Awards Banquet Dinner\nMidway Town Hall\n130 West Main Street\nMidway\, UT 84049 \n  \nIMAFS Host Hotel:\nBest Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel\n1227 U.S. Hwy 40\nHeber City\, UT 84032 \nDiscounted rate for IMAFS is $179 for Thursday\, August 7 and $199 for Friday\, August 8 and Saturday August 9. Rates are per room per night plus tax for 1 King or 2 Queen beds and includes breakfast. Discount rate will be available until August 1 or until rooms are sold out\, whichever occurs first.
